Welcome! My name is Haleigh. I am a private practitioner in Castle Rock, CO, with a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology- Clinical Counseling. I am also currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Psychology. My goal is to empower individuals, couples, and families to realize their full potential. It is my belief that deeply rooted within every human being lies the answers to the individual destiny. I love seeing my clients find the metaphorical keys and unlock the door to becoming a better version of themselves.
Life is challenging, and I am passionate about supporting my clients in realizing their full potential for love, growth and peace surrounding whatever life has thrown. My goal is to foster a safe, relaxed space to be completely oneself. I will be a resource for those who seek to take back control over thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
I utilize a wide range of research-based practices to help identify stumbling blocks and explore and establish goals that feel most comfortable. Therapy is a collaboration between you and therapist, and my hope is that you will reach out to see if we are the right fit. You do not simply have to survive; you can thrive.
