Are you feeling burned out, struggling with low self-esteem, or unsure of how to reconnect with your true self? If you’re someone who has given so much of yourself to others—whether in the hospitality, food industry, seasonal, or healthcare professions—you may be searching for a way to better care for yourself and regain balance. I enjoy helping folx on their journey of self-discovery, whether that’s understanding life patterns, reconnecting with your body in a nurturing way, or exploring how societal, familial, and work influences shape who you are.
My approach is warm, empathetic, and collaborative, offering creative solutions to help you reach your goals. I focus on recognizing your strengths and developing new coping strategies that support your well-being. Whether you’re seeking clarity on your goals, better understanding your behavior, or feeling more comfortable in your body, I’m here to support.
Every person is unique and as such I tailor my approach to suit your needs, combining conversation, storytelling, gentle challenges, and creative interventions like visualization and role-playing to help bring your desires into focus. Life is hard, but you don’t have to face it alone. Reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit.
