Gwen Ginski

Clinical Social Worker/Therapist -

Everyone faces challenges at some time in their life. Seeking help for yourself, your child or your relationship when experiencing difficulties is a strength which can lead to new insights and a more fulfilling and happy life. I am an empathetic and non- judgmental therapist. I listen to my clients and focus on their strengths and desired goals. My clients have remarked that my style is warm and engaging which enables me to begin the therapeutic process quickly. I am an eclectic practitioner using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral, emotion focused, solution-focused, and play/art-based activities with children & families.I have 13+ years of experience helping clients learn ways to cope with anger, anxiety, trauma, and depression and to improve their relationships. My specialized experience in working with children has enabled me to assist parents in managing behavior and emotional difficulties. I also offer support through life’s transitions such as divorce, empty nest, college, loss of a partner, etc.I invite you to take the next step in improving your life, well-being and relationships. I will support you along your journey!
