Clinical Social Worker/Therapist -

***I offer remote video therapy for residents of New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
Are you surviving or thriving in your life? I became a therapist to support people in living their best life. My goal is to help individuals accept themselves for who they are while learning skills to enhance the quality of their life. I meet each individual where they are, and provide a safe and non- judgmental environment where each person can experience who they truly want to be. Every stage of life has its joys and its challenges and we all need help sometimes with managing changes, stressors and disappointments.Teens and preteens alike sometimes need extra help navigating the social, emotional and academic demands in their busy lives. Parents need support as well as they navigate raising children while trying to juggle marriages, relationships, careers, and extended families. Handling difficult and traumatic experiences also can challenge anyone’s ability to cope. I specialize in working with children, pre-teens, teens, and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, low self- esteem, trauma, adjustment issues, behavioral problems, divorce, military related issues, issues related to spirituality, and grief. As a bilingual (Spanish speaking) licensed clinical social worker in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. I also offer tele therapy to provide therapy services to adult clients remotely via video. I will work with you to help you thrive and take your life to the next level.
