My name is Gina and I am a licensed therapist. I am passionate about my work and I believe everyone, no matter the situation, has the potential to heal and be their best selves. Sometimes the best medicine is just an open ear, and I am here to help you work through your pain, frustrations, anxieties and successes!
Therapy is a lot of work. It can be scary to face the things you fear. Don’t worry! From therapy with me you will feel safe and secure to discuss whatever is on your mind. I understand it takes a lot of time, patience, and courage for my clients to work through their own process.I believe that therapy should be an experience that people look forward to. I make sure there are lighthearted moments in our work together, as we move you through your journey to a stronger, more peaceful you.
I have an exclusively online-based practice, which means I meet with my clients online. This allows me to practice with anyone in the states of New York and Tennessee, and reach people who cannot make it to an in-office appointment. I offer online therapy because I want to reach the people who are limited in their ability to attend traditional therapy sessions.
Everyone deserves a chance at mental health and wellness. I appreciate the opportunity to be there for those who struggle to find the help they need.Whether it is time, distance, scheduling, family, physical limitations or shyness, I am here for you.
