Garrett Shotwell

Garrett Shotwell is a licensed clinical social worker. His treatment background involves working with a wide range of populations from children to older adults. He specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation. Garrett earned his bachelor’s degree in business management and his master’s in social work from Louisiana State University.
As a yoga teacher trainee, Garrett utilizes mindfulness, breath work, and meditative practices to facilitate the attainment of one’s goals.
Garrett believes one of the greatest tools in therapy is the client–therapist relationship. He uses a wide range of person-centered approaches to foster a safe environment, allowing individuals to create space in their life and be their most authentic self. Let’s create space, together.
