Fathi Kofiro

Clinical Social Worker/Therapist - LCSW

It brings me joy to create a space in which you can learn the tools you need to have a more balanced thriving life. My work focuses on helping trauma survivors heal from trauma and other stressors that impact the quality of life.I approach the therapeutic relationship with honesty and sensitivity. I use a few therapeutic approaches that optimize healing the mind and body such as EMDR, Brain-spotting, and CBT. My main goal is to create the safest space possible for healing to take place. There is an emphasis on psycho-education, resourcing, reflection and self awareness.Therapy is a space where you can gain new insight and resources that result in adaptive behaviors. Whether you’re struggling with trauma, grief, anxiety, or major life changes you will find the ongoing support and guidance to cope and feel empowered here.
