Hello, my name is Fanegie, owner of Center Rock Mental Health Counseling. I am a compassionate, empathetic, and supportive Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with those who have difficulty with depression, anxiety, communication issues, goal setting, marital discord, as well as other difficulties. I have worked with children, teenagers, adults, and couples in many different settings.My therapeutic approaches include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Holistic Therapy, Family Therapy, and Christian Counseling.I offer a safe and non-judgmental space that allows the client to unfold and grow in their own time. I strongly believe that every client already has the solution to their problem within themselves, and simply needs guidance to make the positive changes desired.
