Fabiola Williams
Licensed Professional Counselor -
Hello! Life events have brought you to search for support and my goal is to provide you with a safe environment to explore those events. Make sure to give yourself credit as it takes a wise person to initiate the process of change and understanding.I have a master’s degree in counseling from the University of St. Thomas and I am Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. From the very beginning of my career I have been refining my skills as a counselor by working for non-profit organizations to private practice. My background has afforded me the ability to work with individuals who have experienced significant trauma, depression, low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, anxiety as well as life transitions. I have worked with individuals to create goals that will allow them to live fuller and happier lives. My therapeutic style places you at the center by helping you arrive at insight, obtained strategies, as well as by providing tools that you can begin using immediately to make positive change in your life. It is not just about talking but putting in the work and practicing and implementing the tools obtained during therapy sessions. By placing your needs first, you are able to manage the pace of the therapeutic process. I am here to guide you, encourage you and challenged you (when needed) in order to overcome the obstacles that stand in your way.I understand how important it is to have the right counselor in your corner! Therefore, I always aim for my clients to feel understood, validated and a priority! If this is the type of relationship you would like to have, you have come to the right place, welcome!
