Eva Simpson-Abrams

Psychotherapist -

Life is hard. It can throw challenges your way that are unexpected, leaving you struggling to cope. It can also leave you with past experiences that have shaped how you view the world today, thoughts you have about yourself, and feelings you can’t quite make sense of. You may feel as though you do not understand parts of yourself or know how to find happiness again. Whether you are dealing with anxiety and depression, past trauma, daily stressors, processing grief, or other issues affecting your daily life, let’s find your inner resilience and help you feel whole again.

I focus my sessions around a humanistic, person-centered approach where the work is based around your individual needs and goals. I offer both verbal psychotherapy and music therapy, depending on which treatment you feel is best for you, and use cognitive-behavioral, trauma informed, and psychodynamic therapy as well. Coaching options are available too.

By working together, we can pinpoint where this imbalance you are feeling is stemming from and how to move forward. I can help you regain your sense of control as you start to approach your challenges with a greater sense of empathy, compassion, and curiosity toward yourself while moving into a space of growth.
