Evan Monse

Professional Counselor Associate -

Every person has amazing inner strength to overcome challenges, and an innate desire to live a meaningful life. Depression, anxiety and trauma can make us lose sight of our strengths and desires, but that can change with the right support. My practice is grounded in being compassionate, non-judgmental, and giving you the necessary tools to bring balance to your mental health. Together, we’ll focus on changing life-patterns to improve general wellness, while also addressing the underlying causes of your problems.
I view therapy from a person-centered perspective. We’ll tailor sessions so they address your individual needs and lived experience. We’ll use different therapeutic approaches to focus on the relevant aspects of your life: emotions, problem-solving, relationships, environment, and your mind-body connection.
A healing journey begins with a single step, and I want to walk along-side you as you go down that path. Reaching out can be hard, but it’s worth it because you deserve to feel better. I look forward to meeting you.
