Esra Nihan Bridge

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist -

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, providing therapy to clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, and Florida. With over a decade of professional experience, I am passionate about helping individuals and couples from all backgrounds.

I specialize in relationship issues, family conflicts, relational trauma, and narcissistic abuse recovery. My approach is warm, empathetic, and collaborative. I take an active role in sessions, providing psychoeducation, coping tools, and exercises to support my clients’ growth and healing. I integrate evidence-based therapy approaches into sessions, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). As a Brainspotting practitioner, I use this powerful approach to help clients process traumatic memories, relieve emotional distress, and achieve deeper healing and growth.

Together, we will navigate the complexities of emotions and challenges, helping you rebuild meaningful relationships with yourself, your partner, your family, and others. You don’t have to face this alone—I would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing and healthier connections. Reach out today to take the first step.
