I help people suffering from anxiety, depression, grief & loss, and self esteem issues. You are looking for help and my goal is to get you to where you want to be, as fast as possible, because I know you don’t want to be in therapy forever.
Coming to this site means that you are ready to make a change and you are asking for help, which can feel vulnerable. Coming here also means you have the courage to take steps toward healing and finding happiness. I can help guide the process.
Together we can explore areas in your life that need attention, nurturing, healing or change. You can speak freely to me and I’ll listen WITHOUT judgment. I’ll give you the support you need but might even challenge you to dig deeper if necessary. Trust me, I’ve heard and seen it all! I won’t try to impress you with fancy buzz words or psycho-babble, we’ll focus on YOUR thoughts, actions, and behaviors so we can get you out there and living a happy fulfilling life. The steps may be challenging and tough at times but there will definitely still be laughs along the way!
I offer the free consultation to new clients because my primary goal is to help you. The first consultation is not a commitment. Think of it more as an informal conversation to get to know one another.
During the consultation we can discuss what your main challenges are and see what we can do about them. If we are a good fit, we can discuss a plan to move forward. If your situation calls for it, I won’t hesitate to connect you with someone that would be a better resource for you. I will only accept your money if I feel that I can help you.
