Erin Foley
LMHC, Psychotherapist -
My intention in therapy is to provide you a safe space where you may gain insight and face challenges with greater ease and confidence. I help individuals who wish to move through shame, grief/loss, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, or trauma. I view the therapeutic relationship as a guide for healing, experience safety, trust, self reflection and an opportunity to practice. Through this process, I have watched others increase self support, identify unhelpful patterns, and connect more fully in their relationships. I offer you a chance to practice the change you seek in a safe supported space.
