Calling all imperfect perfectionists in need of self-compassion!
Often the expectations we have for ourselves don’t quite match our reality. It’s pretty easy to believe that “something must be wrong with me” when we feel like we’ve fallen short of our goals. When your inner critic is the loudest voice you hear, nothing ever feels good enough. Maybe this shows up as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or general dissatisfaction with life, relationships, or career.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
We can work together on understanding what you truly want in your life- not what you feel you SHOULD want and explore how to reign in that inner critic so that it serves you rather than deflates you. We will work on enhancing the wise, compassionate part of you that is too rarely heard.
As a recovering perfectionist myself, I understand the journey. Let’s walk it together.
