Erica Christensen
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist -
People come to therapy with unique issues, backgrounds, and life experiences. Through the process of therapy, I help clients develop greater self awareness, gain insight into their experience, and create better coping and communication skills. I help clients by becoming confident in themselves, effective at setting boundaries, and begin feeling connected to their mind and body.
As a therapist, my approach is holistic, relational, and transformative. This involves working experientially and in the moment to connect your mind, body, and spirit to access deeper parts of yourself, while staying trauma-informed, compassionate, and healing-centered.
I work together with clients to unravel negative thought patterns, shift codependent behaviors, and to find a sense of resilience and greater self-esteem throughout their journey. Through our work together, you can engage in more satisfying relationships and a more fulfilling life outside of the therapy room.
