Licenses Clinical Mental Health Counselor -
In today’s fast-paced world, finding time to reflect on who we are and what we seek in life can be challenging. We can be going through life on autopilot, unsure of why we are not feeling fulfilled or why we have this nagging feeling like something is missing. In my work, I aim to help us create a space together where we can slow down and explore with openness and curiosity. My approach is about creating a warm, open, and supportive space for you. I blend Hakomi therapy, person-centered therapy, and attachment theory to help you explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. We’ll use mindfulness and body-centered techniques to uncover unconscious patterns that affect your well-being and attachment theory helps us understand your relationship dynamics and how they impact your life. Whether you’re dealing with relationship issues, life transitions, depression, anxiety, or seeking to understand yourself more fully, I’m here to help. Let’s work together to develop more self-compassion and make the changes you seek. If this sounds like what you’re looking for, please reach out to schedule a session. I look forward to working with you!
