I work with people in their 20s, 30s, & 40s, who are struggling with perfectionism, anxiety, burnout, life transitions, & big (existential) questions. Clients come to me looking for a therapist who gets what they are going through & can give them practical ways to deal with it. My goal is to make you feel genuinely heard, seen, and empowered to move forward.
