Emily Berry

Licensed Mental Health Counselor - LPC

Life is full of so many complex challenges and pressures that can lead to feeling lost, confused, and overwhelmed. Amidst all the chaos and struggle, how do you feel like you really know yourself, what you truly want, or where you’d like to go? Often times these big questions can cause significant anxiety, grief, loneliness, or difficulties in relationships. You don’t have to tackle it alone. I work with people from a strengths-based, social justice lens to help them heal wounds and create authentic, intentional lives and relationships. I believe in the healing potential of human connection and understanding. I have had my own struggles, emotional strife, and highs and lows in life, and can say from my own experience in therapy that it can be very powerful. I genuinely invest in my relationships with my clients and honor the trust and bond that makes therapy worth it.
