Now accepting clients in my Wilmington, Ohio office! I work with adolescents 16 and up, and adults. Therapy is about a trusting and accepting relationship. All of my clients hold a special place in my heart, and I am honored to hold space for processing trauma, building coping skills, managing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and more. Incorporating humor (yes, you can be dark and self-deprecating if you want) is one of my favorite things in therapy. Crying is encouraged if that’s what you’re feeling in the moment, but laughter is just as valid and healing!
In therapy, I want to give you what you need with our time together and want to ensure that your voice is heard. I will never judge you, and I will always be real and honest with you. I will tell you not just what you want to hear, but what you might need to hear, and I will do it without tearing you down in the process.
