Eman Moustafa

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist - LMFT

Tired of talk therapy? Feeling stuck? Ready for something new? Consider EMDR, a modality that uses your brain’s natural processing genius to move through upsetting memories getting in the way of your flow, happiness, and progress.

EMDR is a useful treatment for a variety of issues to help you find resolution and regain your joyful engagement in life. Francine Shapiro, founder of EMDR has said if she could do it all over again she would rename it Reprocessing Therapy, as stored memories can be be reprocessed more effectively. Could EMDR be right for you?
I am a certified EMDR Therapist with five years of extensive EMDR experience and ten years providing therapy. EMDR certification requires ongoing consultation/training for the highest quality care. I use EMDR and other powerfully effective evidence-based modalities to help you reach your goals with minimum distress to you.

I respect clients of all cultures and backgrounds. I treat individual adults and couples of all ages. I offer day and evening appointments. I look forward to talking with you soon!
