Elyse Ayliffe

Clinical Social Worker/Therapist -

Elyse is a Registered Social Worker and Clinical Traumatologist who has completed her Masters in Social Work. She has been providing counselling since 2014, working with families, adolescents and adults alike. Her compassionate and empathetic nature has allowed her to walk with clients experiencing a wide range of ever changing life events such as relationship issues, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, family/couple conflict, managing emotions, flexible thinking, coping skills, life coaching, and supportive counselling.


Unique to Elyse is her training in EMDR. She is passionate about understanding the complexities of trauma and the impact it can have in relation to development and growth. Her purpose is to help clients process, evolve, and heal traumatic experiences and limiting beliefs to become the best version of themselves. Elyse implements an eclectic approach incorporating a wide range of modalities that are unique to each client’s needs. She has her certification as a New Ways for Families coach where she puts heart in guiding families toward managing their emotions and bringing flexible thinking to problem-solving in order to live their lives more freely and with ease.
