Ellis Thomas
Licensed Mental Health Counselor -
My name is Ellis and I work with individuals struggling with depression, people pleasing, relationship issues, and trauma. I offer marriage and couples co-therapy with a colleague. I aim to create a supportive, safe, and judgment-free environment in our time together. I believe that your experiences and concerns deserve to be honored and heard in a respectful way.
I invest my time outside of our sessions in learning proven mental health techniques that create lasting, meaningful change. These approaches include EMDR, REBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Expressive Arts, Gottman Method, and Psychodrama.
I promise to give you my full attention, to work with you to make a plan that identifies your goals and how to get there. I am affirming of neurodivergence and all identities. I can meet virtually or in person for a free consultation and explore if this could be a good fit for you.
