Ellen Dionna
Psychotherapist, Ordained Minister, Spiritual Director - LCSW
Ellen Dionna is a holistic therapist with thirty years’ experience. She is an ordained minister credentialed in the art of Spiritual Direction and a shamanic and energy practitioner. When working with clients she considers all aspects of their well-being, mental/emotional/physical and spiritual, in order to help clients live more fully effective, balanced lives. She is also trained in hypnotherapy which may be used to augment regular counseling sessions for issues such as self-esteem, smoking cessation, and anxiety. She teaches mindfulness meditation and contemplative stillness to clients who are interested in either expanding their spiritual experience as part of therapy and as relief from trauma and the general stress of American life. Her work is primarily with individual adults, but she does serve couples and some adolescents as well.
