Therapist -

Counseling is a way of helping you to help yourself. In counseling we explore your thoughts about your situation by having open dialog in a safe environment which helps you to formulate various views of your situation that can help you make different choices. Feeling safe in your environment helps you to put aside those feelings of insecurity and focus on what is really important in your situation – you.Your therapy is a team effort, by using cognitive behavior therapy we will reshape your negative cognition to positive, self-supporting cognition. We will explore how you feel about you and your ability to trust yourself in making decisions for you and how you live your life. Self awareness during therapy and by working together we will develop the ground work to become more in touch with the true you and help you to continue to grow.
