Elizabeth Hanley
Counselor -
I believe that we all have an innate capacity for healing and growth. Therapy allows us to tune into our strengths and our inner resilience. My practice is rooted in a trauma-informed perspective where I strive to facilitate a safe and collaborative environment in which to explore healthier ways of being. I also believe that a relationship based on a foundation of trust is important so you feel comfortable to explore deeply personal issues, develop self-awareness, and embark on the process of personal growth.
My work draws from therapeutic approaches that focus on emotions, thoughts, making new meaning out of life experiences, and the integration of mind and body. I am trained in the diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders and my practice recognizes that we all benefit from a strength-based, individualized approach.
Whether you are new to counseling or looking to build upon past work, seeking therapy can be daunting. I commend you for taking this step and invite you to reach out to learn more about my practice
