Elizabeth Gillette

Clinical Social Work/Therapist - LCSW

I work with people who want more in their relationships. My clients may have experienced chaotic family dynamics growing up, and now as adults, they want to work through those patterns and show up differently in all of their relationships.
I work from an attachment lens, meaning that I support you in understanding your early relational patterns and how they have impacted you across your lifespan. Regardless of where you fall on the attachment style spectrum, I will compassionately guide and challenge you to move toward a deeper felt sense of security and safety in your life. We will partner together to actively create new pathways that allow you to identify and speak your needs, develop healthy relationship dynamics, and show up in ways that make you proud.
Many of us are looking for connections and containers that allow us to be seen fully, feel deeply cared for, and provide opportunities for us to challenge ourselves and walk our growth edges intentionally. That is what I provide in therapy, and I can’t wait to get started with you.
Please reach out so we can see if we are a good fit. I’m so glad you’re here, and I look forward to working with you.
