Do you feel like you are struggling? Do you feel like you are facing life’s problems alone? Are you looking to work through aspects of your life to experience your full potential and thrive? I am in your corner to help you move towards hope, connection, and healing. I get to know you, what you want, and what is not working in your life. Through accepting who you are in the present moment we will work together on expanding your being in the world. With different movements we will learn to work through challenges and embrace your strengths. Through an individually designed program we will work to help you find and integrate new parts of yourself. Our work can center both around talk and body movements to access and integrate the various parts of yourself, giving you the opportunity to experience wholehearted living.
I have continued my education, focusing on dance/movement therapy, because physical and psychological states influence one another. Emotions, experiences, and memories are kept in the body, and by working mindfully we can access emotional, social, cognitive and physical integration for a healthy, whole self.
My life and work experience also include teaching and coaching sports, creative arts, and dance for all ages, a passion for animals, a love of neurosciences, as well as an obsession with reading, travel, and adventure. All of which helps to enhance the relationships I build with my clients and the world around me.
