Elissa Crandall

Marriage & Family Therapist -

Welcome, I am glad you are here. The step to seek therapy is a courageous one. I believe in creating a safe space for you to feel accepted, seen and heard, as the basis for our therapeutic alliance. If you are here in search of practical skills to make changes in your life, build healthier relationships, work through trauma that has impacted you/your family, enhance parenting strategies, or gain relief from anxiety and depressive symptoms, it would be my privilege to support you. I work with young adults, teens, and families. I often use a nature inspired framework in sessions including the use of Walk and Talk Therapy.

As a therapist, my warmth and curiosity helps those I work with to feel at ease. I approach my work through a trauma informed lens, adapting to the specific needs of my clients using a variety of modalities. I believe that the power of your inherent wisdom combined with clinical knowledge can effect meaningful change.

I am here to remind you of the magic that lies within you, and to help empower you to use your internal strengths to make a difference in your life. Together, we can do this.
