We all have parts of ourselves that we fear to be unacceptable. Growing up we may have felt shamed for expressing our vulnerability, exuberance, anger or need. Over time we may have hidden or lost connection with those parts of ourselves, or perhaps developed a harsh inner critic who judges them. In doing so it is not only our thoughts and emotions that are affected, but the energy in our body as well. Working together you’ll have opportunities to explore how you maintain patterns that no longer serve you, and take supported risks to embody new ways of being.
