Elaine Fife

Associate Professional Counselor -

My counseling approach centers around attuning into wisdom to uncover your internal healing and growth. I love working with truth-seekers and all those who are looking to discover their path and break free from old cycles. My method, rather than relying solely on talk therapy which can often keep us spinning in a circle, focuses on using the mind-body connection to deepen your own awareness. I combine spiritual teachings, yogic and meditative knowledge, somatic and trauma focused therapies, and mindfulness to help you heal and find joy rather than just analyze your pain. We will use all of this in the present moment to help you cultivate curiosity and find the best solutions for you.
‘Know thyself’ is a tenet I live by and together I hope to help you understand what this means for you. Through this principle we will work to cultivate your relationship with the most powerful guidance system you have: your self. Oftentimes, when we have been through trauma or hardship, our bodies and minds find ways to adapt and survive, and we can lose touch with our internal guidance system. This can create pain and suffering as we desire to connect back to ourselves but struggle to move past what protected us for so long. Our bodies hold powerful keys to unlocking our own inner truths and understandings. Learning to attune to this will be a fundamental part of our work, as well as embracing your strengths and revering your story. By understanding the roots of what makes you who you are, you can uncover deep wells of self-compassion and divine purpose. It’s all waiting inside of you and I will guide you to discover it one layer at a time.
If my message resonates with you I encourage you to reach out. I believe that everyone has a path toward growth and evolution. There is always time to step into your own guidance system and the parts of you that are ready to grow. My own journey as a highly sensitive person has taught me that inside of our greatest pain is our brightest treasure. I hope to use my gifts to help you see and clarify your own. I invite you to embrace your own sovereign right to be exactly who you know yourself to be. I invite you to embrace your inner magic.
