Ebonie Jones

Psychotherapist -

I’m thrilled to share a little bit about myself with you. My passion lies in helping you navigate the complexities of intergenerational and family-based trauma. Historical events such as slavery and colonialism are at the root of intergenerational trauma, and the connection deserves open and honest conversations that lead to healing.
Together we will focus on a range of topics including boundaries, consent, confidence, trauma, self-forgiveness, self-esteem, shame, guilt, betrayal, and relationships. These are all important factors that play a significant role in healing and growth. We will work towards building a stronger, healthier, and more fulfilling life by learning how to navigate the healing journey, process emotions and reclaiming your story.
