Dre Meller

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist -

We all have a story to tell about the things that have happened or didn’t happen that should have happened and these stories shape our experiences. I work in a way that supports clients in unpacking their stories and helps them to lighten the burden. We are often made to believe we are not good enough or don’t have what we need to heal. I help clients recognize and uncover their truth and reconnect with their core self to see healing is possible. It is not a quick and easy process. Every person has their own timeline and desire for how long they would like to be in therapy. We work on that together. My style is nerdy, affirming, non-pathologizing, & collaborative. I help clients navigate their healing with compassion. I offer an eclectic mix of therapy styles including Narrative, IFS, EMDR, CRM, Brainspotting, & Gottman. I also love metaphors. I use somatic tools to help clients regulate their nervous systems & build a sense of trust from within.
