EMDR & Mindfulness are techniques that utilize the healing process with internal resources that already exist within us and a process that is unique to you. In addition, Mindfulness based techniques is a tool that you will carry away with you and can be used at anytime and anyplace so that when you’re ready to end therapy, you will feel confident in your ability to manage and face future challenging situations.
