Diana James

Psychotherapist -

Are you feeling overwhelmed trying to meet everyone’s expectations while masking who you really are? Whether you’re a parent of a neurodivergent child, an adult navigating ADHD or Autism, or someone exploring your identity and relationships, you’re not alone. I specialize in helping people like you find clarity, self-compassion, and practical tools to thrive.

In our work together, I offer a neurodiverse-affirming, LGBTQ+-Affirming, & anti-shame approach. I support children, teens, adults, & parents who are exhausted by daily life demands, sensory overload, or the invisible labor of fitting in. I also provide gender-affirming care for individuals navigating transitions or seeking support in being fully themselves.

My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and understood- not just as a checklist of diagnoses, but as a whole person. Therapy with me is collaborativve, compassionate, and tailored to your unique wiring and life experience.

Let’s work together to uncover what’s getting in your way- and build a life that works for you, not against you.
