Diana Hope

Psychotherapist -

Are you feeling stuck are you looking for a way to build momentum? Many times life transitions, feelings of loneliness, isolation, sadness, and anxiety can lead to one feeling unable to get the traction needed to be able to accomplish many of the goals they have set for themselves. My eclectic approach to psychotherapy can support you during this journey.
I have over 15 years of experience inclusive of work with children and adolescents focusing child parent issues and behavioral concerns. My work has also allowed me to support older adults with depression. I have also worked with clients presenting with difficulty developing healthy coping techniques to process life adjustments.
My goal is to empower clients as they aim to reach their goals. I look forward to meeting with perspective clients to answer questions as they begin this journey.
