Denisha Forch
Marriage & Family Therapist -
Hello! My name is Denisha. I attained my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University in Southern California. I am a Socal native but recently moved to northern CA. I have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field working with teens, young adults/college students, and adults who are experiencing concerns regarding self esteem/self worth, depression, anxiety, life purpose and relationship issues. I can also offer assistance for those who are experiencing so many of the different life transitions we can face at different points throughout life. People consider my approach to be effective due to my calm, caring, and non judgmental approach to therapy. I also try my best to be truly understanding to help you reach the goals you would like to accomplish. I tailor my treatment focus to what works best for each individual client. My main theoretical approaches are CBT, psychodynamic, and client-centered. I am passionate to see people grow, work through current situations where they are feeling stuck , and helping individuals gain freedom in the area of identity and finding true purpose for their life. I believe finding hope and meaning is the foundation for the change that is needed to have fulfilling relationships, a fulling life, and true contentment. I look forward to working with you.
