My approach to therapy is person-centered. I draw on approaches from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mindfulness-based therapy.
We will identify an approach that best suits your individual needs and enables you to safely and effectively heal and grow. I am curious about you and working with me will allow you the space to become curious about yourself.Together, we will collaborate and explore the roots of your stress. We can work on making better decisions, minimizing stress and anxiety, and strengthening relationships.
