Associate Marriage and Family Therapist -
Relationships are always a work in progress where communication may be difficult. As an open-minded, down-to-earth, genuine, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I invite children (ages 6-13), couples, and individuals who seek relief from emotional pain, grief or loss, anger management, depression, anxiety, bullies and self-esteem issues into a healthy relationship with self and others. If you worry about what others think of you, psychotherapy and illumination allows the client to experience transformation through experiential forms of invitation, art therapy, and role play.My goal is to improve self-awareness, self-esteem, and self-worth within the client and their families. My hope is to help them find the strength within one another and to support one another through difficult times. I am here to support their emotional growth and self-awareness in order to authentically and therapeutically have a healthy relationship with others. My love of working with families does not just come from my education, but has come from personal experiences with anxiety & depression, childhood trauma, divorce, and single-parenting. I can relate to many situations!
