Clinical Therapist -
Having a professional career can be stressful and overwhelming. Balancing a busy work schedule, social life, family (with or without kids and maybe a fur-baby) and personal life can be difficult to achieve successfully. Sometimes, turning to alcohol or other substances can be an outlet. No one understands what it’s like to be you, so you indulge in activities that may not be the right choice. You feel like no one understands what it’s like to be you. You’re struggling, but you’re not sure if it’s a problem. You need help from someone relatable, experienced, and genuine.
There is a difference between substance use, abuse, and dependence. My goal is to educate you on the differences, help you understand your stage of change, and work with you to cut-down or stop your habit. We will work together to achieve the goals you set forth, at a pace that is reasonable.
My background in Mental Health, Substance Use Disorders, and Rehabilitation Counseling has prepared me to work with individuals from all walks of life, vocational and educational experiences, disabling conditions, and mental health/substance use concerns. Lets create a path to a better you, a better life, and a more productive work-life balance.
