The choice to seek out additional help in ones life is not an easy decision so we commend you on wanting to improve some aspect of your life through the counseling process. Life can present many complicated moments, such as conflict with a partner, the onset of depression, or a sudden life shift. I provide mental health counseling services to individuals, couples & families in the Orlando area & work together to create a individualized plan of action based upon your personal history, current support systems, & available resources. My primary specialties are anxiety issues, trauma recovery, identity formation, relationship counseling, mood issues, depression, grief and loss, LGBTQ+ concerns, religion exploration, behavioral modification, and life transitions. By embracing individuals of various backgrounds & lifestyles, I strive to create an accepting environment for my clients as they work to achieve a higher level of life satisfaction & happiness.
