DAWN DEANO

Psychotherapist -

Your well-being matters and can be reclaimed! It is common to get stuck at times in life. This can feel exhausting, overwhelming, confusing, or lonely. If this describes your experience, I can be your guide on your journey back to yourself. I know this terrain intimately, the fear, and the courage. I work with individuals from 18 and up to radically wake up to their fullest expression of life.
Are you ready to claim your aliveness? As a Contemplative Psychotherapist with a trauma-informed somatic-based practice, I will provide a welcoming, kind, and non-judgemental space. Together we will intimately explore what is obstructing your mind, heart, and body, from accessing the life you want.
We will slow down, pay attention, get curious, and bring care to all your experiences. This is the gateway to living in your skin again, reconnected to your energy, vitality, and aliveness, present in your life and in connection with others.

“Life is a choice. Love is a choice. Happiness and fulfillment are byproducts of your decision to live.”
–Ester Perel
