Excelsis Behavioral Inc.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor - LMHC, CCTS-I -

Do you want to feel more confident, more fulfilled, and more connected with yourself and with others? Do you want to treat yourself better – with more acceptance, compassion, and self-care? And, do you want to feel like you are living more grounded in the present moment? Sometimes, our past hurts and traumas can affect how we see ourselves, other people, and the world around us. They can affect our thoughts, feelings, and actions. And, they can cause us to act in ways that hurt the ones we love and go against our values, morals, and principles. We all want a life of meaning and purpose. I can help you achieve this.

I offer evidence-based treatments and approaches that are tailored to your individual needs and preferences. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist and I am trained in EMDR. I specialize in helping people heal from childhood trauma. I also specialize in treating chronic pain that is not responding well to medical or physical treatments.

If you want to feel better about yourself and you are motivated to engage in this work, I would be honored to work with you. I will work collaboratively, with you, to help you identify and achieve your goals. I have helped many others and would love to help you. Please call or email me now for a free 20 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit.
