**TELETHERAPY ONLY** In life, we sometimes question the nature of our experiences and how these experiences have shaped us into the person we are today. During these moments of questioning, feelings of doubt, confusion, and other emotions may build upon one another to create the sense of “not knowing” oneself. It is in these times, we may feel as if we are alone in these experiences. The gift in therapy is to know that you are not alone in these experiences. The therapeutic relationship, through valuing, listening, and understanding can provide appreciation to the questions that we sometimes ask of ourselves. For me, the focus/care of therapy is to assist in the process of creating an individual experience. Through these experiences, I have been fortunate enough to listen/learn from individuals of all ages in regards to concerns with feelings of depression, anxiety, traumatic experiences, and medical issues (HIV/AIDS).I have also previously completed a year of training in a Doctorate of Philosophy program for Counseling Psychology at Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania.
