Daniela Perone
Licensed Psychologist - Ph.D.
My passion is to help those in their 20s and 30s find their life direction and the courage to pursue it. I work with a variety of struggles that accompany what is now known as “the quarter-life crisis” which often includes: struggles with identity, questions about life purpose, toxic relationships, toxic work environments, anxiety about the future, anxiety about the state of the world, spiritual questions and experiences, addictions and recovery, dysfunctional upbringing and adult children of addicts. My mission is to help you find and remove the obstacles impeding your path to joy, freedom, and fulfillment. My style of working is warm, down to earth, collaborative and dynamic. I often utilize compassion, humor, and directness to raise awareness and help you reach your goals.
