Daniela Murrieta

Marriage and Family Therapist Associate -

Full disclosure: I’m not a typical therapist. I don’t want you to sit on the couch (so to speak) for years. My goal will ultimately be to help you change your patterns, tame your relationship issues and/or anxieties, and find your inner spiritual gangster so you can spread your wings and fly like the renegade you are.
I’m strength-focused, goal-oriented, empathetic, accepting (yet not afraid to challenge), a little witchy, a little funky, informative, and creative. While I work with many issues, my specialties include:
Life Paths & Transitions: helping those who want to live more unapologetically find their life paths; this may include working through depression and anxiety, exploration of gender identity and sexuality, and I’m going to insert an etc. here because we’re beautiful and unique little snowflakes.
Relationships: those who desperately want to work through contempt, defensiveness, and patterns of disconnection but are struggling to do so.
Abuse Recovery: be it narcissistic, sexual, childhood, and/or spiritual/religious, those who need to recover the pieces of themselves that feel lost, sow the seeds of self-love and confidence, and find new angles of insight. **Abuse must be non-active.
As a Registered Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master, I may also offer to blend energetic healing, breathwork, yoga, meditation and even tarot into our work—but ultimately the choice is yours.
Where you are at is meaningful; I will meet you there and honor your unique unfolding internal process.
