Dana Spigener

Counselor - MA, LMHC

Do you feel lost? Unsure of what to do next, or how to reach your personal, relational, or professional goals? Struggling with difficult emotions or unhealthy, addictive behaviors? If so, now is the time to do something about it! Whether you have seen a counselor before, or this is your first time considering counseling, I am confident that we can work together to resolve these issues through a cooperative, holistic approach to treatment that focuses on YOUR goals and how best to achieve them. As you compare providers, please search Total Health Guidance on Google to see past client reviews.
I have worked in residential substance abuse treatment programs for the last five years, providing individual, group, and family therapy to those struggling with addiction, as well as their families and loved ones. Previously, I worked at a local charter school, providing guidance to at-risk youth and adolescents.
I believe that we, as a society, do not place enough value on making time for self-reflection, self-discovery, and relaxation. We are constantly on the move, rushing from one task to another without stopping to consider if our thoughts and actions are bringing about the results we want.
