In my years of practice I have worked with individuals and families across age ranges from childhood, to adolescence and adulthood. I believe that every person can benefit from mental health therapy at any and all stages of life, whether they are going through tough emotional/psychological stress, life transitions, or just to talk and express themselves and feel heard. My primary approach to therapy is that the client is the expert and I am with them along their journey for wellness and improved mental health. I utilize a variety of mental health techniques and approaches to better address your needs and concerns, and welcome feedback throughout the therapy process to make sure you are getting the most out of your therapy experience.
