I graduated from University of Redlands with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on social justice and advocacy. I believe in making quality therapeutic services accessible and affordable so that individuals, families and communities can heal. I enjoy working with teens, couples, and families and am LGBTQ+ affirmative. I believe in building the strong therapeutic approach as the base of all good treatment. I bring a non-judgmental person-centered approach with all my clients.I have years of experience with different ages and challenges. I specialize in bringing an empowering approach to women and young teen girls and believe in helping reduce shame and fear of failure. I also specialize in working with children and family members that have trauma and addiction within the family. I bring non-judgment approach for all clients.I myself grew up as a foster youth removed from a dysfunctional family of addicts, have faced trauma, have experienced anxiety and feelings of depression. I have worked through my past to understand that my life is my story to write from here on out, and I would like to give you hope and support in being the author and narrator of your life.
