Cyndi Collen

Psychotherapist -

The world is beautiful yet complex and I would like to sail beside you on your journey to find out more about yourself, your relationships and challenges, and your goals, dreams and desires. I bring an honest and authentic intention to work with you as a unique, whole person and one that is not defined by a label or diagnosis.I am a mindfulness-based practitioner , provide a judgment-free zone and use an eclectic mix of psychotherapy theories including Attachment, Cognitive Behavioral, Narrative, Psychodynamic and Object Relations to guide our work together. Also I am a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and, when appropriate or requested, will introduce evidence-based breathing techniques and meditations for specific symptoms.Additionally my business partner, Morgan Molidor, is a Functional Nutritionist with a focus on mental health and we collaborate to explore and investigate the possibility of biological dysfunction or imbalance that could be causing or contributing to chronic mental health challenges. Ms. Molidor is not an Open Path practitioner but she does offer discounts for my clients who are currently receiving psychotherapy services.
